Hi Everyone!
Let’s talk about Leopard in the world of fashion. Although all animal prints are iconic, Leopard has always stood out as a classic pattern that never goes out of style. In today’s post, I want to go over 3 simple ways to style leopard prints.
When I think of Leopard, I automatically think of Fall. Animal prints tend to dominate all of our fall trends but overtime its has also become an essential summer trend when styled with lighter colors.
One of the common ways to style leopard is with Black and Brown/Khaki. I love to pair with white for the Summer time and I love leopard with an Orange fabric for the Fall.
I know not everyone is bold enough to wear a leopard dress, shirt or even bottoms -fun fact about me – I do not own any leopard dress, it’s out of my comfort zone, but there are so many different ways to incorporate leopard into any simple outfit to make it pop. I see leopard is trending right now all over social media, so here’s 3 simple ways I styled my leopard.
Take a walk on the wild side!
My favorite style will always be leopard with white. I chose to use denim but you can easily style this leopard top with any white shorts, white skirt or even a white dress. You can even tie your shirt half-way and open buttons for a lose fitting style.
A comfortable look that can be styled from casual to dressy will always be a midi leopard skirt. We were on our way to brunch so I styled with a crop top and small heels. You can also add a casual black/white tee with sneakers or flats. This particular skirt is versatile as you can always style with a turtle neck, belt and knee high boots – so chic!
Last, I styled my leopard heels simple – black jeans and a white blouse. I have always been a fan of black&white – like they say, you can never go wrong with a black and white style. When styling accessories, especially animal print, I try to keep all the attention on that particular item. In this case, I could have used a leopard bag, or if it’s winter time, a leopard scarf but instead, I accessorized with shoes. I am not a big fan of mixing different patterns and prints. I am simple. – lol. Other ways I would style the shoes is with a black dress and red lips for a date night or all white with a green blazer for a more daytime look. Honestly, there’s so many ways to style leopard accessories.
