It’s a BOY!

Hi Everyone

AHH! Of course this was back in October 2020, same week as my sonogram and same week I found out we were having a BOY!

I remember everyone asking me “Are you going to find out what you are having?” I said YES! There’s no way I could wait until the gender reveal, plus I was the one planning it – I needed to know right away!

The day I went in to find out the gender, I was nervous yet excited. Either way I would be happy if it was a boy or girl BUT deep down I was really looking forward to having a GIRL. You see, neither Ryan or I  Mothers are alive. This was the reason I was truly hoping for a girl but ever since I was young and thought abut being a mother one day, I always wanted a BOY first. I know our GIRL will come eventually.

Anyhow, I went right away to planning the gender reveal. As I know Ryan was excited to find out and so was both of our families.

Backstory – Ryan’s family has mostly BOY’s and my family has mostly GIRLS. (Yes – My family was SOOO HAPPY)

We decided to do a virtual gender reveal as COVID was still in full effect and we couldn’t travel. Truly it was so much FUN!

I got most of the decorations from Amazon, as I wanted them ASAP and the only situation I had was finding a gender reveal balloon! – Geez! there was NOTHING -(so many COVID babies I guessed lol )  Thankfully Party City was able to just get a black balloon and add confetti but it was not the same thing – still we made it work….
